We have strong relationships with all the vendors and suppliers that we work with, and it’s best if you give us a call with regard to the product or the installation. If there’s an installation challenge or something, we’ll definitely get out there, usually within 48 hours to inspect it, find out what’s going on, and get it taken care of for you as soon as possible.”
