“One of the questions that I feel that my clients should ask a lot more often and really don’t is, “How much do the seams show, and where can we place them so they are not a problem?” Well, I believe that we should put them in non-traffic areas, because if it’s at all avoidable, I like to keep them out of high traffic areas. Maybe, where there’s in a bedroom, maybe it can be mostly under a night stand or under a bed, so number one, it doesn’t show, and number two, it’s not really trafficked on. In some cases, it is unavoidable because of the layout, and all carpet has to run in the same direction in that house. So in some cases it’s avoidable, some not.“
